National Human Genome Research Institute (NHGRI)
The purpose of this Notice is to inform the scientific
community that the National Institutes of Health is accepting applications for
whole exome and custom-targeted sequencing projects through the Center for
Inherited Disease Research (CIDR). Small projects requiring whole genome
sequencing will also be considered. Details about these services can be found
at: http://www.cidr.jhmi.edu under "Next Generation Sequencing".
Access to CIDR genotyping and sequencing resources are available to qualified NIH investigators via an X01 application: http//grants.nih.gov/grants/guide/pa-files/PAR-11-210. A list of participation NIH institutes and contacts can be found at: http://www.cidr.jhmi.edu.
