Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD)
Purpose
The NICHD Strategic Plan 2020 highlights’ the institute’s commitment to the development and advancement of investigators in a broad array of disciplines relevant to NICHD’s scientific and public health priorities with a primary focus on building a diverse child health and human development workforce. Starting in 2025, NICHD will co-host regional workshops to engage in outreach and recruitment for its research training and career development opportunities.
The workshops will provide information on NIH structure and processes, describe the NICHD priorities and current research portfolio, share information about funding, fellowship, training, and career development opportunities, and provide those attending in-person with the opportunity to meet with NIH Program Directors.
The inaugural hybrid NICHDResearch4All Regional Workshop will be held on April 29, 2025, in partnership with the University of Hawaii at Mānoa (Honolulu, HI).
Registration will be open from March 3 to March 31, 2025
