Purpose

On November 7, 2016 NIH issued the Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) RFA-HD-17-001 "NICHD Genomic Clinical Variant Expert Curation Panels (U24)".

To assist potential applicants to the above referenced FOA, NICHD will hold a Pre-application Information Webinar for potential applicants to RFA-HD-17-001.

The intent of the pre-application webinar is to provide an overview of the Genomic Clinical Variant Expert Curation Panels and to address questions pertinent to preparing applications. The webinar is optional and not required for application submission.

Prospective applicants are encouraged to submit their questions or comments regarding the RFA to krotoskd@mail.nih.gov before Monday, December 5, 2016.

NICHD will post slides from the webinar and will generate a document of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) and answers that will be available after the webinar on the following NICHD website https://www.nichd.nih.gov/grants-funding/opportunities-mechanisms/active-foa/tech_assist/Pages/default.aspx. FAQ document will be updated with additional questions and answers without additional notice.
