The purpose of this notice is to update the eligibility criteria for PAR-11-270, Biomedical/Behavioral Research Administrators Development Award (G11).

Beginning with receipt dates after July 31, 2012, the following change in eligibility will take effect for all competing applications:

Eligibility will expand to include low, lower middle and upper middle income countries in Latin America and the Caribbean as defined by the World Bank Classification (http://data.worldbank.org/about/country-classifications/country-and-lending-groups) that meet the defined eligibility criteria.

All other aspects of this FOA remain unchanged.
