This Notice is to inform the scientific community of the addition of a second receipt date for PAR-07-431 International Extramural Associates Research Development Award (G11). In addition to the originally published receipt date of October 23, 2007, a second receipt date of February 22, 2008 has been added to this PAR; key dates are also changed accordingly. The other provisions of the PAR remain unchanged.
