This Notice is to inform the scientific community of the addition of a second receipt date for RFA-HD-06-019 Limited Competition for the Academic-Community Partnership Conference Series (U13).  In addition to the originally published receipt date of August 21, 2006, a second receipt date of October 27, 2006 has been added to this RFA; key dates are also changed accordingly.   The other provisions of the RFA remain unchanged.
