CORRECTION TO RFA-HD-03-032: INFRASTRUCTURE FOR DATA SHARING AND ARCHIVING

The purpose of this notice is to announce a correction to RFA-HD-03-032, 
"Infrastructure for Data Sharing and Archiving." 

In the FUNDS AVAILABLE section, the RFA specified that:

"The NICHD intends to commit approximately $750,000 in total costs [Direct 
plus Facilities and Administrative (F & A) costs] in FY 2004 to support one to 
four new and/or competing continuation grants in response to this RFA. An 
applicant may request a project period of up to five years and a budget for 
direct costs of up to $600,000 per year." 

The correction applies specifically to the funding amount an applicant may 
request, as follows: 

An applicant may request a project period of up to five years and a budget for 
TOTAL costs of up to $750,000 in the first year, with increments of no more 
than three percent per year for future years.
