The National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD),
NIH, is planning to award a new contract for a Coordinating Center to
aide in the conduct of a multi-site, randomized clinical trial to test
the effect of exposure to an innovative program of behavioral

will be performed in two phases over a five-year period. Phase I will
include developing and pilot testing study procedures and obtaining IRB
and OBM clearance; Phase II will include recruitment, implementation,
and close-out as well as study conduct and evaluation.

This procurement will be conducted as a 100 percent set-aside for small
business as authorized under the North American Industry Classification
System (NAICS), as code 541720.
