NICHD TRANSGENIC MOUSE DEVELOPMENT FACILITY

National Institute of Child Health and Human Development

The National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD) 
Transgenic Mouse Development Facility (NTMDF) was established over 10 years 
ago to develop reliable and affordable transgenic mice in a timely manner and 
to serve as a research resource for NIH extramural and intramural biomedical 
research investigators.  Currently, The University of Alabama at Birmingham 
operates the NTMDF under an NICHD Contract (N01-HD-5-3229).  Until November 
1, 2000, applications for services may be downloaded from the NTMDF web site 
at http://www.uab.edu/transgenics/nichd.

After November 1, 2000, applications for services will no longer be accepted.  
All applications received after that date will be returned to the sender.
