Purpose

The purpose of this Notice is to inform applicants of a correction to the eligibility of foreign institutions in PAR-23-241 IDeA Clinical & Translational Research Network (CTR-N) Award (P50 - Clinical Trial Optional) . The Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) has been revised to indicate that non-domestic (non-U.S.) entities (foreign institutions) are NOT eligible to apply. .

Part 2. Section III. Eligibility Information

1. Eligible Applicants

The NOFO currently reads:

Foreign Institutions

Non-domestic (non-U.S.) Entities (Foreign Institutions) are eligible to apply.

Non-domestic (non-U.S.) components of U.S. Organizations are not eligible to apply.

Foreign components, as defined in the NIH Grants Policy Statement, are not allowed.

The NOFO is modified to read (changes noted in bold italics):

Foreign Institutions

Non-domestic (non-U.S.) Entities (Foreign Institutions) are not eligible to apply.

Non-domestic (non-U.S.) components of U.S. Organizations are not eligible to apply.

Foreign components, as defined in the NIH Grants Policy Statement, are not allowed.

All other aspects of this NOFO remain unchanged.
