Purpose

The purpose of this Notice is to inform the community that the National Institute of General Medical Sciences (NIGMS) is discontinuing participation in PA-22-179 “PHS 2022-2 Omnibus Solicitation of the NIH for Small Business Technology Transfer Grant Applications (Parent STTR [R41/R42] Clinical Trials Required)” effective immediately. NIGMS will not accept New, Resubmission, Renewal, or Revision applications for PA-22-179 for the April 5, 2023 application due date and beyond.

NIGMS will continue to accept applications to the PA-22-178 “PHS 2022-2 Omnibus Solicitation of the NIH for Small Business Innovation Research Grant Applications (Parent SBIR [R41/R42] Clinical Trial Not Allowed)”.
