Purpose

The purpose of this Notice is to inform the research community that NIGMS is cancelling the following funding announcement, effective immediately:

PAR-17-315 "Pre-application for a Biomedical Technology Research Resource (X02)"

• Current Expiration Date: March 16, 2020
• New Expiration Date: December 26, 2019

The pre-application process is being eliminated for the Biomedical Technology Development and Dissemination (BTDD; formerly Biomedical Technology Research Resources) program. Potential applicants are strongly encouraged to contact NIGMS staff at least 10 weeks prior to the application due date to ascertain whether the proposed research strategy of a BTDD meets the goals and mission of NIGMS, whether it addresses one or more high priority NIGMS research areas, and whether it is appropriate for a BTDD Center.
