Purpose

The purpose of this Notice is to revise PHS 398 Research Training Program Plan information for PAR-19-219 " Maximizing Access to Research Careers (T34)".

The following is detailed information about the modification.

Data tables

Current language:
The application must include the required Training Data Tables for new undergraduate programs (Tables: 2, 3, 4, 5C, 8D Part II). Applications that do not contain these tables, or that submit any additional tables in this attachment, will be considered noncompliant and will not be reviewed.

Revised language:
The application must include the required Training Data Tables for new undergraduate programs (Tables: 2, 3, 4, 5C, 8D Part II). Applications that do not contain these tables, or that submit any additional tables in the data tables attachment, will be considered noncompliant and will not be reviewed.

Suggested Table Formats A1, A2, and A3 are to be included in the “Program Plan” and count towards the 25-page limit. Applications that include these Suggested Tables in any other location will be considered noncompliant and will not be reviewed.

All other aspects of this FOA remain the same.
