For the purposes of this program, the disadvantaged background category (C1 and C2) is not applicable, since PREP participants are not undergraduates or high school level.

Revised language:
For the purposes of this program, the disadvantaged background category (C1 and C2) is applicable when determining participant eligibility.

All other aspects of this FOA remain the same.
