Purpose

There is an error in the instructions for the "Introduction to Application" in the PHS 398 Research Plan form of three Components of the FOA (Section IV.2): (i) Research Core; (ii) Systems Biology Research Project; and (iii) Additional Required Center Activities. The correct text should read "Introduction to Application: For Resubmission applications, an Introduction to Application is allowed for each component."

All other aspects of the FOA remain the same.
