Purpose

In addition to the required elements listed in NOT-GM-11-105, the application should include a letter from the leader of each collaborating group that briefly describes his/her commitment to the project and lists his/her active research grant support, including the annual direct costs. The letter should be countersigned by the authorized organizational representative/institutional official of the collaborator's institution.

All other aspects of NOT-GM-11-105 remain unchanged.
