The NIH is aligning the receipt dates of the broad-based Biomedical Information Science and Technology Initiative (BISTI) funding opportunity announcements (FOA) with the standard due dates for competing applications (http://grants.nih.gov/grants/funding/submissionschedule.htm).  This Notice applies to the PAR 07 161 Innovations in Biomedical Computational Science and Technology Initiative (STTR [R41/R42]) (http://grants.nih.gov/grants/guide/pa-files/PAR-07-161.html).  The standard receipt dates for STTR [R41/R42] applications are April 5, August 5, and December 5.  The new expiration date is May 8, 2009. All other dates remain the same.
