The purpose of this Notice is to update the “Award Budget” details in the "Section II. Award Information" section of this NOFO and to remove the verbiage under the section titled, "7. Other Submission Requirements and Information" pertaining to "Requests of $500,000 or more for direct costs in any year." For clarity, the previous paragraph pertaining to “Requests of $500,000 or more for direct costs in any year” is not applicable to this NOFO.

Application budgets should reflect the needs of the proposed program annually, including the initiatives indicated at the initial award and those proposed post-award. These should not exceed the listed amounts in total costs (direct and indirect):
