Purpose

This Notice is to inform potential applicants that the NEI announces it WILL ACCEPT Small Business grant applications proposing clinical trials through the NIH SBIR Omnibus Funding Opportunity Announcement, PA-17-302. This reverses the initial statement by NEI on the "PHS 2017-02 Omnibus Solicitation of the NIH, CDC, and FDA for Small Business Innovation Research Grant Applications (Parent SBIR [R43/R44])", PA-17-302. All other aspects of the FOA remain unchanged.
