Purpose

The Purpose of the Notice is to inform potential applicants that the National Eye Institute (NEI) will participate, effective immediately, in PA-16-305, "Ruth L. Kirschstein National Research Service Award (NRSA) Fellowship for Students at Institutions With NIH-Funded Institutional Predoctoral Dual-Degree Training Programs (Parent F30)".
