Purpose

The purpose of this Notice is to correct language in Section IV.2 Application and Submission Information, Content and Form of Application Submission, SF424(R&R) Cover to remove the additional instructions related to Estimated Project Funding. The appropriate Modular or R&R Budget form must be uploaded.

All instructions in the SF424 (R&R) Application Guide must be followed.

Estimated Project Funding: Enter the budget request on the face page only. This number should include total costs (direct and indirect) for the entire project period. Note that a detailed budget cannot be accepted in the application; it will be requested as part of the Just-in-Time information.

The Estimated Project Funding language does not apply to this FOA and has been deleted, the language has been modified as follows:
