The NIDDK and NICHD will not accept applications from foreign (non-U.S.) organizations in response to RFA-DK-11-007 (http://grants.nih.gov/grants/guide/rfa-files/RFA-DK-11-007.html).

Section III.1 (Eligible Applicants) erroneously lists Non-domestic (non-U.S.) Entities (Foreign Organizations) in the bulleted list of eligible organizations. This bullet is being deleted.

In Section III.1 (Eligible Applicants), the following language is being retained:

Non-domestic (non-U.S.) Entities (Foreign Organizations) are not eligible to apply.

Foreign (non-U.S.) components of U.S. Organizations are allowed.
