Purpose

The R&R Budget Form for PAR-18-547 incorrectly supports 5 budget periods, which is corrected by this Notice to allow 7 budget periods.

The application forms package originally posted with PAR-18-547 mistakenly included an R&R Budget form which only supports 5 budget periods. However, the announcement states “The total project period may not exceed one year for the UG3 phase and five years for the UH3 phase."
To address this issue, a new application forms package which can accommodate all the budget periods has been posted in Grants.gov identified by a Competition ID of ‘FORMS-E-REVISED’. If you initiated an application using the original (FORMS-E) package, you must move the application information to the FORMS-E-REVISED application package to successfully submit. If you are not sure which application package you are using, check out this resource.

Note: ASSIST, Workspace and many institutional system-to-system solutions allow application data to be easily copied from one application package to another. In this case, the “copy” feature will move all but your budget data to the --new form package.
