It is projected each PD/PI will require 2.4 - 4.2 (CY) person-months effort annually over the entire period of support to oversee the core functions of the award. 

Modified to read (in Bold Italic):

Each PD/PI must expend 2.4 - 4.2 (CY) person-months effort annually over the entire period of support to oversee the core functions of the award. 

All other aspects of this NOFO remain the same.
