Purpose

This Notice is to notify applicants to RFA-DA-23-053, "HEAL Initiative: Translating Research to Practice to End the Overdose Crisis (R61/R33 Clinical Trial Optional)" of an issue with the application forms for this RFA. A new application forms package has been posted in Grants.gov identified by a Competition ID of FORMS-G-REVISED and a Competition Title "This updated form package must be used for all submissions to RFA-DA-23-053."

The FORMS-G-REVISED application forms package must be used for any due dates on/after November 14, 2022.
