Purpose

The purpose of this Notice is to update the data table instructions for PAR-15-119, "NIDA Mentored Clinical Scientists Development Program Award in Drug Abuse and Addiction (K12)" Effective for all relevant applications received for the June 12, 2016 due date and thereafter, SF424 Forms D Data Tables 2, 5, and 8 for institutional training grants will be required. Instructions for their use and inclusion in the application are found in the SF424 Application Guide Forms D Instructions.

Select summary data tables are encouraged, but the Institutional Training Data Tables referenced in the SF424 Application are not required nor is their use recommended. Any summary data tables included in the application must be included within the Program Plan section.

Particular attention must be given to the required Training Data Tables. Table 2, Table 5, and Table 8 must be completed. All other data tables listed in the SF424 (R&R) Application Guide do not apply.
