Purpose

This Notice issued by the National Institute on Drug Abuse is to clarify the placement of the "Certification of Eligibility" in applications submitted for PAR-11-060 "Diversity-promoting Institutions Drug Abuse Research Program (DIDARP) (R24)".

PAR-11-060 instructs applicants to place the “Certification of Eligibility” as page #1 then the “Face Page” as page #2. Applicants are now being advised to place the Face Page as page #1 and “Certification of Eligibility” as page #2.

Section IV.6. Other Submission Requirements of the FOA should be revised to state:

Description, Project/Performance Sites, Senior/Key Personnel, Other Significant Contributors, and Human Embryonic Stem Cells
