This Notice is being provided as a correction to PAR-10-244 (https://grants.nih.gov/grants/guide/pa-files/PAR-10-244.html) published in the NIH Guide on August 3, 2010.

The description of how to organize a P01 application in Section IV.6, Other Submission Requirements, contains bulleted text that is redundant and should be deleted. Specifically, under the heading, "Overall Program Project", the bulleted text reading, "Introduction to the Overall Application" should be deleted. The corrected text should read as shown below.
