The purpose of this notice is to extend the deadline of submission of 
applications from July 1, 2004 to August 15, 2004.  Furthermore, 
updates from the contractor and/or NIDA for the whole genome scan may 
continue to be posted and could provide information necessary for the 
potential applicants.  Please periodically check for updates at the
