The FUNDS AVAILABLE section for this RFA should state that NIDA intends to commit $2,500,000 in FY 2004 funds, not FY 2003 as is stated. All funds for this RFA will be from FY 2004, subject to budget appropriated by Congress for fiscal year 2004.
