This is to inform the research community of a revision of RFA DA-00-006 
entitled “Research on Viral Hepatitis and HIV in Drug Users,” which 
appeared in the NIH Guide, December 23, 1999 
(http://grants.nih.gov/grants/guide/rfa-files/RFA-DA-00-006.html).  The 
revision, now entitled “Viral Hepatitis and HIV in Drug and Alcohol 
Users” adds the programmatic interests and the participation of the 
National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism.
