Purpose
The purpose of this Notice is to extend the expiration date for PAR-18-767 , Comprehensive Partnerships to Advance Cancer Health Equity (CPACHE) (Collaborative U54 Clinical Trial Optional)," for 1 year and to specify that revision applications will not be accepted and/or considered.
In Part 1, under Key Dates, each of the specified date types now have one additional or new date.

January 9, 2019; January 9, 2020; January 11, 2021, by 5:00 PM local time of applicant organization. All types of non-AIDS applications allowed for this funding opportunity announcement are due on these dates.
Applicants are encouraged to apply early to allow adequate time to make any corrections to errors found in the application during the submission process by the due date.
