Purpose

The purpose of this Notice is to clarify “Section 5 - Other Clinical Trial-related Attachments” in the following: PAR-21-241 NCCIH Multi-Site Feasibility Clinical Trials of Mind and Body Interventions (R01 Clinical Trial Required) to indicate the attachments must be included in the application. Section 5 - Other Clinical Trial-related Attachments has been updated to reflect this change.

Additionally, this Notice is to update the Scientific/Research Contact(s) in “Section VII. Agency Contacts”. Section VII. Agency Contacts has been updated to reflect this change.
