This Notice is to inform potential applicants that the National Institute of Arthritis and Musculoskeletal and Skin Diseases announces its participation, effective immediately, on the Program Announcement PAR-10-266 (P01), titled Support of NIGMS Program Project Grants.

The NIAMS supports biomedical and behavioral research into the causes, treatment, and prevention of arthritis and musculoskeletal and skin diseases. The NIAMS Policy for Acceptance and Competitive Renewal of Unsolicited Program Project Grant Applications announced in NOT-AR-05-007 still applies. Applications assigned to the NIAMS will receive a second level of review by the NIAMS Advisory Council.

All other aspects of this FOA remain the same.
