Purpose

The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) will not support clinical trials under PA-12-038 "Research to Advance Vaccine Safety (R21)" consistent with NIAID’s previously announced policy regarding Investigator-Initiated Clinical Trials (http://grants.nih.gov/grants/guide/notice-files/NOT-AI-05-021.html).

All other aspects of the FOA remain unchanged.
