The purpose of this Notice is to inform interested applicants that the expiration date for PA-12-012 (HIV incidence assays with Improved Specificity (R01)) has been extended:  The expiration date for this Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) is changed from September 8, 2014 to January 8, 2015. Therefore, one additional receipt date of January 7, 2015 for this FOA will be added.

All other aspects of this FOA remain unchanged.
