The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) announces three informational sessions for applicants considering submission in response to RFA-AI-12-018 , entitled "Clinical Trials Units for NIAID Networks (UM1)":
1. July 28–29, 2012 (Renaissance Washington Hotel in Washington, DC)
2. August 16–18, 2012 (J.W. Marriott Hotel in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil)
3. October 25–27, 2012 (Crowne Plaza Johannesburg - The Rosebank in Johannesburg, South Africa)
Advance registration is strongly encouraged. Registration information and details of each meeting are available at http://www.blsmeetings.net/ctu/.
Representatives from the NIAID will provide information and answer questions related to the preparation of applications in response to RFA-AI-12-018. At the meeting, there will be an opportunity to register for additional one-on-one sessions with representatives from the NIAID Division of Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (DAIDS), as well as the Grants Management Program (GMP) and Scientific Review Program (SRP) of the NIAID Division of Extramural Activities (DEA).
