Purpose

The purpose of this Notice is to inform potential applicants for K-series awards (http://grants.nih.gov/training/careerdevelopmentawards.htm) of a continuation of policy and procedure regarding acceptance, peer review, and funding of investigator-initiated clinical trials and studies.
