R01 applications may no longer be submitted in response to PA-04-119, BIODEFENSE AND EMERGING INFECTIOUS DISEASE RESEARCH OPPORTUNITIES (http://grants2.nih.gov/grants/guide/pa-files/PA-04-119.html ). Program project (P01) applications are still accepted in response to PA-04-119.
