Purpose
The purpose of this Notice is to inform potential applicants that the National Institute on Aging (NIA) is participating, effective immediately, in PAS-15-168 "New Directions in Hematology Research". NIA is interested in funding research studies on the "Effects of Aging on Hematopoiesis" pertaining to the systemic, microenvironmental, and cellular factors that contribute to dysregulation, expansion or contraction of the lymphoid and myeloid hematopoietic cell lineages with age.
The following sections of PAS-15-168 have been updated to reflect the participation of NIA in this Funding Opportunity Announcement.
