The purpose of this Notice is to announce a publication related to recently released funding opportunities PAR-12-174, PAR-12-175, and PAR-12-176, "Multidisciplinary Studies of HIV/AIDS and Aging” (R21, R01, R03).
In 2011, the NIH Office of AIDS Research (OAR) convened the Working Group on HIV and Aging, a panel of academic and community experts charged with identifying current and high priority research opportunities at the intersection of HIV and aging. The Working Group's full report is now published in the Journal of Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndromes (JAIDS). The full text can be found at http://journals.lww.com/jaids/toc/2012/07011.
