RESOURCE CENTERS AND COORDINATING CENTER FOR MINORITY AGING RESEARCH ADDENDUM TO RFA-AG-02-004 Release Date: January 17, 2002 NOTICE: NOT-AG-02-001 National Institute on Aging (http://www.nih.gov/nia/) National Institute of Nursing Research (http://www.ninr.nih.gov) National Center for Minority Health and Health Disparities (http://ncmhd.nih.gov/) Application Receipt Date: March 12, 2002 (new) This addendum is to inform potential applicants of the Resource Centers for Minority Aging Research (RCMAR) and the Coordinating Center (http://grants.nih.gov/grants/guide/rfa-files/RFA-AG-02-004.html) that the previous Receipt Date (February 26, 2002) has been extended to March 12, 2002. In addition three items regarding these centers are clarified here. (1) The term "TMBI" refers to Traditionally Minority Based Institutions (e.g., Historical Black Colleges and Universities, Tribal Colleges, Hispanic Serving Institutions). (2) The maximum page limit for each of the four required Cores is 25. (3) The three page summaries of the three required pilot studies should be included in the 25 page limit of the Investigator Development Core.
