INCREASE IN LEVEL OF SUPPORT FOR ALCOHOL RESEARCH CENTER GRANTS

National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism

The level of support and funds available to support grants awarded in 
response to RFA AA-00-003, Alcohol Research Center Grants, have been 
increased since issuance of the initial RFA.  Specialized Centers (P50) will 
be supported up to a maximum of $1.8 million per year total cost, and 
Comprehensive Centers (P60) will be supported up to a maximum of $2.0 million 
per year.  Letter of Intent, and Application, Receipt Dates remain as 
previously published, October 15, 2001 and November 14, 2001, respectively.
