NIH offers a variety of web services related to NIH application submission and grant data. NIH recently expanded available services to include: Prior Grant Request, Previous Submission Request, FOA Information Request, and Stem Cell Line Status Request.
Additional service planned in 2014 include: a Submission Validation Service to do pre-submission validation checks of complex, multi-project applications and a service to return a preview of the application image in the format used by NIH.

Accessing NIH Web Services

The Help Desk staff will make every effort to process your request, register your certificate information, and respond to you with a confirmation message within 5 business days of submission.
It is your responsibility to notify eRA to update your registration if your certificate expires or changes in any way. Allow at least 5 business days to action an update request to ensure you do not experience a lapse in service.
